Service Features

Our service includes review extraction, sentiment analysis, keyword identification, competitor comparison, AI-generated summaries, and data export capabilities.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Free Plan

Our free plan provides limited access to 5 ASINs per month with 100 reviews analyzed per ASIN. No payment information required.

Pro Plan

Pro plan costs $89/month or $890/year and includes analysis of up to 100 ASINs per month with all reviews analyzed per ASIN plus additional features.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.

Billing and Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Permitted Uses

You may use Revmazon for legitimate business purposes including product research, competitive analysis, and market intelligence within your subscription limits.

Prohibited Activities

Rate Limits

Public Data

Revmazon analyzes publicly available Amazon review data. We do not claim ownership of this data but provide analysis and insights as a service.

Your Analysis Data

You retain ownership of your analysis results, reports, and insights generated through our platform. You may export and use this data as needed for your business.

Platform Improvements

We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our algorithms and services. Individual user data is not shared or sold.

Revmazon, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Revmazon Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform according to these terms during your subscription period.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.

Service "As Is"

Revmazon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results.

Business Decisions

Our analysis and insights are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for business decisions made based on our platform data.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other legitimate business reasons with appropriate notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may request data export within 30 days of termination.
